Für Cloud-Dienste, Spracherkennung und die KI-Funktionen der Anwendung sind Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud EMEA und Microsoft Ireland genannt — jeweils mit „USA, EU“ und dem Zusatz, dass die KI-Dienste über globale Endpunkte laufen. Weiter MongoDB und Snowflake (USA, EU), Mailgun für Transaktionsmail und Twilio für Sprach- und SMS-Benachrichtigungen. Die Muttergesellschaft Gong.io Ltd. sitzt in Israel und erbringt den Dienst selbst; dazu die Tochter Gongio Ireland.
