Als KI-Anbieter sind OpenAI, Google Cloud Platform und Amazon Web Services mit USA, Europäischer Union, Schweiz und Australien genannt, Anthropic mit den USA und ElevenLabs mit USA und Europäischer Union. Zu Anthropic hält die Liste ausdrücklich fest, dass Kunden mit einem Verarbeitungsort außerhalb der USA die Anthropic-Modelle über AWS Bedrock und Google Vertex erreichen. Für einzelne Produktfunktionen: SuSea (you.com) und Parallel Web Systems für Websuche sowie LexisNexis für „Ask LexisNexis“ — jeweils USA.
