Your submission does not appear in the directory straight away. We look at the evidence and, if it holds, write a new assessment with a date and a record of the change. That separation is precisely what makes the entry worth something to your customers. It costs you nothing.

Wer Simplified mit personenbezogenen Daten einsetzen will, sollte vor dem Einsatz klären, worauf die Übermittlung gestützt wird. |
| Training on customer data | Simplified schließt das Training aus, und zwar auch für fremde Modelle: „No AI training on your content — Your designs, captions, videos, and brand assets are never fed into AI models — ours or anyone else’s.“ Die Zusage wird an mehreren Stellen wiederholt („we don’t train AI on your content“) und ausdrücklich auf verknüpfte Google-Konten erstreckt: „Google user data is not transferred to third parties except to provide or improve app functionality directly. We don’t use it for advertising or AI training.“ Der Zusatz „ours or anyone else’s“ ist der wertvolle Teil — er deckt die Lücke, die entsteht, wenn ein Anbieter selbst nicht trainiert, sein Modelllieferant aber schon. |
