This page is in English; the product is not. The directory entries, the customer portal and the contract annexes are in German, and contracts are governed by German law. What that means.
KI-Radar · Pricing
Checking which AI tools meet which requirements costs you nothing — the full directory, no usage limit. You pay when we build your AI register under the EU AI Act, keep it current, and issue the record that goes with it.
This list is ordered by who you are, not by what things cost. You know your situation; working out which tier fits is our job. Everything we offer is here — including what costs nothing, and what we only do once.
What you buy here is the evidence layer of your AI governance: register, classification under the AI Act, verified vendor statements and a dated record. Approval workflows, policies and the duties for high-risk systems are not part of it — set out on the home page.
Does someone at your company have to be able to prove which AI you use? If the answer is yes, you need a maintained register and a dated record. If it is no, you need the directory — and nothing else.
| Your situation | What fits | Price, net |
|---|---|---|
| I just want to look up what a vendor commits to. | KI-Radar — full directory; watchlist of up to 5 tools with change alerts | €0 free |
| I don't yet know where we stand. | AI Act readiness check or AI maturity check — a few minutes, no account | €0 no sign-up |
| I need an inventory once, not a contract. | KI-Inventar Kompakt — initial capture and classification, up to 12 AI systems | Fixed fee on request |
| I have to keep the register and prove it. | KI-Radar Pro — one legal entity: inventory, ongoing maintenance, quarterly record | €249 / month |
| KI-Radar Max — up to five legal entities, consolidated group roll-up | €590 / month | |
| Something outside the scope. Charged only if you approve it in writing beforehand. |
Single tool review on request, outside the prioritisation included in your tier | €390 per tool |
| Additional effort under clause 9 of the service description | €1,200 per person-day |
Your tool is in the directory — is the entry right? It was created from public sources without your involvement. You can evidence it or dispute it; the assessment itself stays ours.
| Your situation | What fits | Price, net |
|---|---|---|
| The entry is there anyway. It should be correct. | Vendor programme — verified profile, document changelog, right of objection with evidence review | €290 / year |
| I want the claims checked against the original documents. | In-depth review — DPA, processing location, training commitments, certificates | €990 one-off |
For anyone who already knows they need the register. What differs is the scope of application, not the set of services.
KI-Radar
Look things up and watch what changes at your vendors.
KI-Radar Pro
For one legal entity that does not want to maintain its own register.
KI-Radar Max
For groups with several legal entities.
The dividing line is not volume. It is the register: looking things up is free, the maintained record is not.

This is here because vendors who leave it out have to explain it expensively later.
We record, monitor and document. Classifications under the AI Act are professional assessments to prepare your own decisions. Binding assessment remains with your legal counsel.
If a vendor changes its prices you get a note. Whether a switch suits your use case is not part of this contract.
We reproduce what was publicly demonstrable at the time of checking — with date and source. The vendor's own statements remain authoritative.
A register contains what you tell us about. Tools we never hear of cannot be recorded — which is why we ask when setting up.
Because it is only worth something once many people look into it. The review work happens anyway. What you pay for is not the lookup but your own register: built, maintained and provable.
Annually in advance by invoice, payable within 14 days net. No card payment, no direct debit. Monthly payment is available on request with a 10 % surcharge — €273.90 for Pro and €649.00 for Max.
12 months from the start date, renewing by a further 12 months unless terminated with three months' notice to the end of the term. The free KI-Radar account has no commitment.
No. Adjustments apply only to newly concluded contracts — your contract keeps the prices of the price list version in force at signature, which is named in the contract. Changes take effect at renewal at the earliest and are notified three months in advance; you can then terminate within four weeks. For contracts before 31 December 2026 prices are additionally guaranteed for 24 months.
Each further entity beyond five costs €129 net per month. The consolidated group roll-up covers them.
Your register data does not leave the European Union — operated from a data centre in Finland, notifications through a provider in Germany. For payment processing we use Stripe; only invoicing data goes there, never anything from your register. The full list is at subprocessors (in German).
Within 30 days of the end of the contract you can request all data in a common, machine-readable format, and the issued records additionally as PDF. After that they are deleted.
Create the free KI-Radar account, put your tools on the watchlist and watch what moves at your vendors. For Pro and Max you get a quote with the contract annexes — that does not commit you to anything.
